Refund Policy

Overview

Please note this statement carefully:

Our refund policy only for Down Payment we have receive. Every down payment can refund before days H-3.

For example if your event date is September 20, that date is H-0, and H-3 is September 17.

Refunds

We and you as our customer dont expect everything out of our plan, but if that is force majeur and event cancelled, we can refund 50% from your Down Payment.

We will refund your payment max 1 week after we receive cancellation from our customer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact us and we will track refunded money.
